Classic Morocco Tours 2021/2022

Day 01: Arrival at Casablanca

Upon arrival in Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco, you will be greeted by your driver. Depending on time, you could choose to start your Classic Morocco Tours, have an optional tour of the Hassan II mosque, or take a stroll through the medina and Mohammed V Square.

Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Fes

The departure for our tour will be at 8:30 AM. We will be traveling from your hotel in Casablanca towards Rabat “The Capital of Morocco”. we will take a walking visit to Hassan tower. Afterward, we will the Oudaya and Shalla Kasbah including a lunch meal in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will be traveling towards the Roman ruins of Volubilis, “A Roman city located near Meknes”. We then go for a walking visit to discover the Roman monuments, then drive to Fes for our first overnight in the old Medina Riad.

Day 03: Fes “Guided Visit”:

After we have breakfast, we will meet our local guide and go for a Fes guided visit to explore the most popular places of Fes Medina such as “Royal Place, Jamma El Karraouin, and the Jewish Quarter”. Afterward, we will visit the leather workshops which is a touristic place for leather product lovers. Our guide will accompany us to a local restaurant for lunch, then drive back to our accommodation for rest. Dinner and overnight included.

Day 04: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou forest – Middle Atlas – Ziz Valley – Merzouga desert dunes:

The 4-the day of our tour will start with a Moroccan breakfast, then departing towards the Middle Atlas. Passing by a European city of Ifrane, known as Switzerland of Morocco. Our first stop will be at Azrou Cedar forest. While we are in the forest, we will see and feed the monkeys and take photos, then continue towards the Middle Atlas mountains.

On our way, we will enjoy the most beautiful views of Moroccan mountains with panoramic heights. Our next stop will be at one of the mountainous villages known as “Zaida”. There, we will enjoy a lunch break.
We will also pass by Erfoud’s “The Fossil Capital”. At our arrival in the dunes of Merzouga, we’ll get ready for our Camel trekking experience to the top of sand dunes to catch the sunset. Before we finish our day, we will return by camels to our Luxury desert camp for dinner and overnight under the tents including a drums party.

Day 05: Merzouga desert dunes – Erfoud – Todra Gorge – Dades Gorge:

According to your choice, we might wake up before dawn to catch a shining sunrise over the Sand dunes. After we have breakfast, we will start another day’s tour by driving from the Desert towards the Palm Grove of Tafilalet. We will arrive at Erfoud for a short visit to one of the Fossil workshops.

Then continue toward the Todra Valley and Todra Gorge which stands at an altitude of 300M. We will walk under the Canyons and enjoy the river breeze. Then drive to Dades Valley passing by Insider’s “The Gate of the South”. On our arrival at the Valley, we stop at one of the natural rock formations “The Monkey Toes”. Discover the most famous area of Dades before driving to our accommodation for dinner and overnight at Dades Gorge.

Day 06: Dades Gorge – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – High Atlas – Marrakech:

The 6th day of our tour will start after breakfast. We will be driving towards the beautiful views of the Rose Valley, also known as The Valley of thousand Kasbah. We then continue towards the city of Ouarzazate to take some photos at the kasbah of Taourirt. A panoramic Kasbah is located in the city center. Then continue to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou “A UNESCO heritage site located in the foothills of Ounilla Valley”.

On our arrival, we will have time to discover the small village which is one of the most famous world sites to visit. After our visit, we will take our lunch break at one of the panoramic restaurants in the area. Our Morocco tours will continue towards Marrakech passing by the High Atlas mountains willing to arrive at Marrakech. At our arrival, our driver will accompany us to our location riad/hotel.

Day 07: Visit Medina Marrakech

After breakfast, you will be welcomed by a local guide of Marrakech, the southern pearl of Morocco. You will discover the Palace of Bahia, the Saadian Tombs, and many other hidden treasures. After lunch, you will continue the tour to the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the famous square Djemaa el-Fna, one of the spectacular attractions of Marrakech. The tour will conclude with an exploration of the souk (market) filled with mounds of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets, ceramics, hand-made leather goods, and tantalizing food stalls.

Day 08: Marrakech – Essaouira

You will travel to Essaouira city: the seaside gem of Morocco, situated along the Atlantic Coast, the Medina of Gnaoua (formerly “Mogador”), is a UNESCO World Heritage city and one of the most enchanting places in Morocco. Explore Essaouira’s old medina and surroundings which boast impressive examples of Moorish and European architecture, or take the opportunity to relax by the beach.

Day 09: Essaouira – Casablanca

Transfert to Casablanca airport.
